The Nebraska Public Health Conference brings together over 400 attendees—including local and tribal health department leaders, state officials, academics, and students—to inspire collaboration and reimagine what public health can be. Together, we’ll explore continuous quality improvement, community-led efforts, and transformative partnerships to ensure all Nebraskans thrive.
Tuesday, April 1
- Kick off the conference with pre-conference sessions on essential tools like accreditation and public health data systems.
- Enjoy an engaging keynote from Dr. Katelyn Jetelina, “Your Local Epidemiologist.”
- Dive into breakout sessions led by Nebraska’s public health professionals with topics ranging from trauma-informed leadership to modernizing community health assessments.

Wednesday, April 2
- Start your day with networking opportunities to connect with peers and leaders.
- Be inspired by a keynote from Mark Fenton on chronic disease prevention and creating walkable communities.
